■What You Will Learn
Basic Level
Changquan Basic(Fundamental) techniques, Wu Bu Quan(Five Basic Stance Routine), Kung Fu Exercise Step.1, Basic Changquan No.1 and No.2

The training at Haruka Wushu Culture Institute is based on Taolu(Exhibition Performance Routine) only, for both the exhibition competition and healthy exercise.

Haruka Wushu Culture Institute compliant the Official International Rules and complimentary regulations, i.e. IWUF(International Wushu Federation), WFA(Wushu Federation of Asia) and CWA(Chinese Wushu Association) rules and regulations.

*Important Notice: Wushu(Kung Fu) are NOT Karate, entirely different.
